Paulsen's has been a traditional warm-hearted family establishment since 1880, offering a homely, friendly and calm atmosphere. We’re located in Bohmstedt - a tiny community with a rural character on the „‘Green Coastline“’. Yet despite its rural character, there are shopping opportunities right here neighborhoodnearby thanks to Husum and its historic harbour. Of course the seaside is close too.

In spring 2009 we raised our high standards by creating new rooms bathed in natural light, lovingly furnished and decorated with lots of light wood and colours, beautiful drapery and with a kitchen offering delicious culinary surprises for tongue and the other senses.
